Eventist Group, parent company to event suppliers Food by Dish, Tapenade and Zafferano among others is leading plans for a series of UK wide events to honour our frontline workers in the NHS.
The events to be called ‘Thank you to the Heroes’ will be not-for-profit events and provide an opportunity for the nation to show its gratitude and thanks to the 1.2 million full time NHS staff who have been instrumental in fighting the COVID 19 pandemic.
Tim Stevens, CEO of Eventist Group comments, “As a nation we are indebted to the NHS and my colleagues and I want to go one step further by bringing brands together and using our network to give these heroes a standout celebration. And while Christmas may seem the ideal time to celebrate, we’ll be guided by Government recommendations on social distancing and will postpone these events until the spring of 2021 if necessary.”
Currently planned for December the hospitality company is seeking sponsorship from major corporations and institutions to help support the creation of these country wide series of events.
